*Building and HVAC Submissions* – Contact the City of Appleton regarding all Commercial Building & HVAC projects under 5,000 sf for new construction and under 10,000 sf for alterations as they may have you submit to them directly for review and permit issuance in going through E-Plan Exam. Contact the City of Appleton at 920-832-6411. Larger projects that what is listed above, submit through our portal and we will take care of you!
*Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler* – Contact the City of Appleton regarding all Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler and Plumbing projects as the City is fully delegated for all of these trades and will be taking care of you at the local level for all of those trades!
*PETITION FOR VARIANCE INFORMATION* – The City of Appleton has been granted authority to review and approve variance requests at the local level for buildings of unlimited size for Building, HVAC, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Scopes of work by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). Plumbing variance requests at this time must still be reviewed by DSPS. Petition for Variance requests we are requesting to be submitted as a separate stand alone submission for the project for compliance purposes – feel free to upload your primary project as normal. We strongly encourage you prior to making submission to reach out to our team so we can discuss your project and walk through everything with you. *PETITION FOR VARIANCE INFORMATION* – The City of Waukesha has been granted authority to review and approve variance requests at the local level for buildings of unlimited size for Building, HVAC, Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Scopes of work by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS). Plumbing variance requests at this time must still be reviewed by DSPS. Petition for Variance requests we are requesting to be submitted as a separate submission for the project for compliance purposes, however you can upload both a project and a petition simultaneously. We encourage you prior to making submission to reach out to our team so we can discuss your project and walk through everything with you. *Building and HVAC Submissions* – Contact the City of Wausau regarding all Commercial Building & HVAC projects under 5,000 sf for new construction and under 10,000 sf for alterations as they may have you submit to them directly for review and permit issuance in going through E-Plan Exam. Contact the City of Wausau at (715) 261-6780. Larger projects than what is listed above, submit through our portal and we will take care of you!
*Plumbing* – If your plumbing project is less than 100 fixtures, please reach out to the City of Wausau at (715) 261-6780 to verify if they would like you to submit to them locally for plan review and permitting of if they want you to submit to E-Plan Exam. If you do submit a project without checking with them first, we may redirect you to them so please make sure to reach out.
Any plumbing projects above 100 fixtures, please feel free to make your submission to us as Wausau is fully delegated for all five trades for unlimited size plan review!
