Before you get started, please have the following ready:
Project & Plans
- Review area, construction type, and occupancy classification, etc...
- Total building area
- Fire sprinkler and fire alarm requirements (if applicable)
- Plan set, calculations, and supporting documents in PDF format
Contact Info and Credentials
- Responsible design professional, supervising design professional, or both
- Name, license number, and contact info for each
- Building owner contact information
Plumbing documents (PDF)
- Plumbing plan set, signed and sealed by a Wisconsin-licensed designer or Master Plumber (not draft or preliminary)
- Plumbing cut sheets and specifications
- Water supply calculations per SPS 382.40(7), or IAPMO Water Demand Calculator calculations
- Grease interceptor sizing calculations (if applicable)
- DSPS product approval letters for plumbing fixtures (if applicable)
- IAPMO DSPS approval letter (PP-031603529-PTOAA) (if applicable)
Project details and contacts
- Plumbing project type(s) and plumbing fixture count
- Combined diameter of sewer lateral(s), stormwater site acreage, and total building area (as applicable)
- Responsible and supervising design professional or Master Plumber: name, license number, and contact
- Building owner contact information
